Free Female Jujitsu Seminar
 
The gym I go to, Elite Martial Arts, will hold a FREE Jujitsu Seminar EXCLUSIVELY for females this Sunday (Aug. 21). It will last from 12 pm until 3pm!
 
No, I haven’t been able to get Susan to start Jujitsu yet, but our kids Luke and Sassy go. Luke has been going to Elite since 2003.
 
What is Jujitsu? Basically, it is the art of protecting yourself by using joint locks, chokes as well as escapes even if you are on your back. Here is the information, and don’t let the MMA scare you. I have always found the owners and staff to be very nice and caring people.
