Ready To Join Stambush!
Giving Staffing a Good Name
June 10, 2013
Contract Heating UP
Our customers are starting to give us more work than we can handle again. In the past, we have sometimes had 20 assignments we could not fill, but the census dropped all over town several months ago. Well, this week we booked everyone, and that includes some people with physical restrictions that have been very difficult to place. Now, we are not back to having 20 unfilled assignments, but we are scrambling to find good therapists to help our customers. That is a good thing!
“I Can Tell The Difference Between Stambush Therapists and 'XYZ' Therapists Just By How They Work”
I recently interviewed a therapy professional who has watched many of you work, and he/she has also watched many of our competitors work. I wish I could say the other agency’s name, but if you think of an agency that is known for not treating their therapists well, being reliable, or having high standards, you will probably come up with the name yourself. Anyway, this applicant said, just by watching the Stambushers work versus the other agency people work, that he/she only wants to work with Stambush. He/she went on to say that he/she would not support any employer he/she did not respect.
THIS IS A BIG DEAL, and I am so grateful to you all for always making us look good. The more we consolidate, the more other people like us will want to join us or at least support and look out for us when our backs are turned. So just keep being yourselves, and we may very well change a lot of things.
About Our Office: "They Are Just So Good"
I recently visited a customer who could not stop talking about how great Stambush is. Of course, the Director pointed out how we have the most reliable and best therapists, but the Director then went out of his/her way to talk about how good our office staff is and about how everything our office staff says actually comes true. The way we are so organized to make sure all credentials are sent ASAP just boggles the mind. In regards to how fast we send credentials, I think 10 seconds is our record, but it could be less.
So Tell Me What’cha Want Whatcha Really Really Want. I’ll Tell Ya What I Want What I Really Really Want.
I want all the good, reliable, experienced, competent, honest, hard- working, dedicated, and diligent therapists with good personalities who have what it takes to work in the world of contract, to join Stambush. I want to deplete all the other staffing agencies of their good people. I want to win. I don’t want to hurt anybody, but I want Stambush to grow and grow, and that will result in other agencies going out of business. I have nothing against their people. I just don’t think the other agencies deserve to be a part of the health care staffing world. They have had plenty of chances to change, and they continue to do what is good for them and not what is good for the PT, OT and Speech professions.
In addition to the above, I want all Directors to make it clear to everyone that Stambush is their number one choice, and I want all staff everywhere to tell their Directors that Stambush is by far the best agency and, really, the only agency they want to work with.
Yes, I have been accused of being competitive, but I know I am not alone. Play foosball with Fred someday and you’ll see what I mean.
Stambush Turned 24 Years Old In May
I forgot to tell everyone, but last month our humble yet hard charging company turned 24 years old. Thank you to every one of you for helping us get this far. We still have a long way to go, and I am no where near retirement, so let’s have some fun and keep working on taking over the staffing world. Our business practices will help us, our customers, and our professions. In a way, it is our duty to take over the staffing world and help everybody.
